Our Code of Conduct is designed to ensure that everyone has a positive and productive experience. By joining Dyad, you agree to adhere to the following principles:

1. Respect and Inclusion

  • Treat everyone with respect, regardless of background, identity, or beliefs.
  • Engage in inclusive behavior, welcoming diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Refrain from discriminatory, offensive, or exclusionary language or actions.

2. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of others; do not share any personal or sensitive information disclosed during meetings without consent.
  • Keep all conversations confidential unless both parties agree to share information externally.

3. Professional Conduct

  • Approach each meeting with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Avoid disruptive behavior, such as excessive interruptions or disrespectful comments.
  • Be punctual and prepared for each session to maximize value for both parties.

4. Constructive Engagement

  • Encourage open dialogue and actively listen to others' ideas.
  • Focus on fostering positive and productive exchanges, offering constructive feedback when appropriate.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment or inappropriate advances.

5. Responsibility to Report

  • Report any violations of this Code of Conduct or concerns regarding participant behavior to Dyad’s support team (support@dyadhq.com)
  • Dyad will investigate all reports and take appropriate actions to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Dyad reserves the right to remove any individual and/or content who does not abide by the code of conduct.
